If tracking states that your package has been delivered, there is little we can do, and suggest you contact your local post office. If your order arrives flawed, please contact us within 10 days after receiving your order, to receive a replacement.
If you entered the wrong address, couple things can happen it can be delivered and taken by someone other than you at that address. We will not replace the taken item, in that case. If the item is returned to us, we can ship it to you again, in this case you will have to pay double the shipping price, due to the product being shipped back to us and then again to you.
All are our products are custom made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on customer error.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
