Holes

  • by

There are a lot things that come to mind when I think of the word hole. Whole hog, although that’s spelled differently. Going down the rabbit hole. Hole in one. Burning a hole in your pocket. Yeah, burning a hole in your pocket. That’s a good one to dwell on. Because when you tear into a restoration project you never know what you’re going to get. And sometimes, the time and money needed go deep.

Luckily for us, and our client, this 911 Targa isn’t a slathering of bondo hiding rust and oppsie-daises . But there were a couple of areas the had been drilled and pulled then filled with nothing but bondo. I’m here to tell you, that’s not how we do things. We’ll be welding up and grinding back all the holes in this car then using the least amount of bondo possible to properly shape the finished product. I mean that’s really what you should expect. And that my friends, is our ace in the hole.
